    Returns are only accepted if the item is new and unused.

    The item will arrive undamaged when it arrives at our company, and we will process the return after inspecting the item.

    If the warranty is still valid

    We will repair the damaged item using parts. Please send the item back to us together with the delivery note.

    Please write down the part you wish to have repaired and send it to us along with the delivery note.

    Shipping fee : Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu (excluding remote islands): 2,200 yen

    Hokkaido and Okinawa: 3,300 yen

    Remote islands: 3,300 yen + relay fee charged separately

    *All areas in which relay fees apply are subject to remote island fees.
